Does Pipers have a Senior’s Discount?
Pipers offers a 10% Senior’s Discount (60 years and up) off all regular priced merchandise excluding sale items, food, confectionary, health and beauty and cleaning supplies.
Does Pipers give rain checks on merchandise?
Customers may request a rain check when a flyer item is out of stock. Rain checks can only be issued during the week the item is on sale. The maximum quantity on a rain check is six units per item and is valid for 30 days after the issue date. Rain checks are not issued for all items. Management will approve all items that are on rain check.
What is your store policy on refunds and exchanges?
Pipers provides a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase with a receipt, as long as the goods are in re-sellable condition. No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt. No refunds are provided on green ticket merchandise. A 6 month warranty is provided on all electronics and watches. Defective items must be exchanged for the identical item if the customer has no receipt. Refunds on undergarments (bras, underwear and bathing suits) will only be provided within 24 hours and all tags must be attached.
Does Pipers offer layaway on merchandise?
Pipers does not offer layaways on any merchandise.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Pipers accepts Interac, Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment other than cash.
Does Pipers have online shopping?
Pipers currently does not have online shopping but hopes to provide this service to customers in the near future.
